Part-Time Project Manager

Team members contribute to impactful initiatives that foster engagement, development, and community connection. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Egypt. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects and experiential activities from concept through completion. Daily tasks include managing timelines, coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and communicating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. The role also involves monitoring quality, addressing issues proactively, and preparing status reports and documentation. The Project Manager will support continuous improvement of processes, helping to deliver memorable, well-organized experiences aligned with client expectations. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Project Management and Expediting to plan, prioritize, and drive timely delivery of activities and project milestones. Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management and Expeditor functions to coordinate resources, schedules, and on-site operations efficiently. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in events, experiential marketing, or activity-based programs is an advantage; familiarity with the local Egyptian market is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Management, sports, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in project coordination or management. Show more Show less
