Estate and Accommodation Supervisor

📢 We’re Hiring | Estate & Accommodation Supervisor 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Industry: Facility Management We are looking for an Estate & Accommodation Supervisor to oversee company properties and employee accommodation, ensuring well-maintained facilities, efficient occupancy and suitable living conditions. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily accommodation operations, including room allocation, employee check-ins/check-outs and accommodation transfers. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and maintenance standards. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and contractors. • Maintain accurate occupancy records, property inventories and accommodation reports. • Follow up on tenancy agreements, lease renewals, utilities and service providers. • Handle accommodation complaints and ensure timely resolution. • Supervise accommodation staff and monitor service quality. • Monitor accommodation expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Requirements: • Relevant experience in estate, staff accommodation or camp management, preferably within facility management or manpower services. • Previous supervisory experience. • Strong coordination, problem-solving and reporting skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and record management. • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
