Job Purpose Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s strategic plans. Drive strategic alignment, performance monitoring, corporate planning, and studies to support organizational priorities and effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of the organization’s strategic plan. Define strategic objectives and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable targets. Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking, and studies to support planning and decision-making. Monitor strategic performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and improvement opportunities. Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual operational plans and related strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operational plans, projects, and budgets. Prioritize strategic projects and programs based on organizational priorities and expected impact. Prepare periodic reports on strategic performance, progress, challenges, and achievement of targets. Develop and maintain strategic planning frameworks to ensure consistency and integration across the organization. Review and support the continuous improvement of the organization’s operating model. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate strategic objectives into operational activities. Lead strategic workshops and facilitate stakeholder participation in planning activities. Manage the section’s operational plan, budget, performance indicators, and deliverables. Provide direction and guidance to the team and support employee development and performance. Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Preferred Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. PMP, Certified Strategic Planner (CSP), or equivalent professional certification. Experience Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree . Relevant managerial or supervisory experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or related areas.
