Training Specialist

Responsible for coordinating and supporting training and development activities across Kuwait Hotels Company, ensuring employees receive the required skills, knowledge, and development opportunities to support business and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with HR and department heads. Prepare and coordinate the annual training plan and calendar. Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and orientations. Coordinate onboarding and induction training for new employees. Support hospitality, guest service, technical, and mandatory compliance training. Liaise with training providers and evaluate suitable programs. Maintain employee training records and monitor completion. Evaluate training effectiveness and collect employee/manager feedback. Prepare monthly training reports and track key training KPIs. Monitor training costs against the approved budget. Support employee development, cross-training, and career development initiatives. Ensure training documentation is properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Training, L&D, or HR. Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Show more Show less
