Business Development Manager - IT Industry

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and expand Dimofinf’s presence in the MENA region. Qualifications: Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities. Solid understanding of internet solutions, hosting services, and content management systems, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly beneficial. Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, competitive analysis, and forecasting. Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver tailored client solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus. Previous experience in the technology, hosting, or SaaS industry in the MENA region is strongly preferred.
