Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Direct Sales role is based in New Cairo. The role involves prospecting and contacting potential customers, presenting Allianz Egypt’s insurance products, and explaining policy features and benefits clearly and accurately. The Insurance Direct Sales team member will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, close sales, and ensure proper documentation and policy issuance. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role also requires regular collaboration with supervisors and colleagues, participation in ongoing training, and meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as willingness to learn, apply product knowledge, and participate in continuous development. Candidates should ideally have prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site environment.
