About iEPM iEPM is a Saudi company specialising in strategy, performance and project management products and services for government and corporate clients. About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager providing support services to a government client's Project Management Office (PMO) in Al Madinah. You will work under the direction of the client's PMO leadership and coordinate iEPM's team and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site position for a 36-month engagement. Key Responsibilities • Manage client projects, including work plans, task assignments and quality of outputs. • Support the PMO in monitoring project progress, schedules and spending plans. • Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations as requested by the PMO. • Identify risks and issues and raise them to the PMO with proposed solutions. • Attend regular meetings with the client and represent iEPM in them. • Participate in the PMO establishment workshops, and support the PMO in applying the approved procedures and templates. • Coordinate with the client's departments as directed by the PMO. Requirements • More than 8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent degree. • Experience with government or semi-government entities. • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written. • Ability to work full-time on-site at the client's premises in Al Madinah.
