Sr. Service Sales Engineer (MV/HV Motors and Generators)

Job description: • Supervise preparation, implementation of Sales/ operational plans & budgets to achieve agreed upon goals & objectives including regular planning for arranging the most updated & approved agreed upon reference. • Monitor achievements & deviations through the sales plans & provide progress reports regularly to management on any type of corrective & preventive actions. • Collaborate in maintaining integrated sales systems documentation & continuous improvement of these systems through maximizing the benefits of having strong management information system applications. • Maintain building capacities of the Sales Engineers team regarding professional & technical knowledge & best practices. • Conduct regular research & analysis & advising management with findings to capitalize on marketing opportunities (Projects). • Maintain professional & technical knowledge related to business best practices.
