Warehouse Assistant

Job Description The Warehouser.Warehouse.I role in the RE 1081-012-00597 SC – Warehouse – 4050 department supports daily warehouse operations by handling inbound and outbound materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Process and record stock movements in the warehouse management system. Pick items from inventory to fulfill internal and external orders. Pack orders securely for shipment, adhering to company standards. Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers. Organize and label storage locations to optimize space utilization. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment. Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to supervisors promptly. Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records. Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management software preferred. Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 kg regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and forklift operation (certification optional). Flexibility to work overtime or shift changes as needed.
