Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail, responsible for driving sales of mechanical seals and bearing isolators while providing technical guidance to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role involves collaborating with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions, resolving customer technical inquiries, and supporting product selection and installation. The Senior Sales Engineer will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand mechanical seals and bearing isolators and translate technical features into customer value. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills, including opportunity management, negotiation, relationship building, and ongoing account support. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation capabilities, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Relevant experience in industrial products, rotating equipment, or mechanical components is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
