Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Business Setup Advisor to join our sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in UAE business setup, company formation, and corporate services, with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable business setup solutions, and converting prospects into successful business deals. The advisor also supports clients with PRO services, such as visa processing and trademark registration, and maintains accurate records and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and direct interaction with clients. Qualifications Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable Free Zone, Mainland, or Offshore company formation options. Promote services including company formation, license renewals, visa processing, Corporate Tax registration and filing, VAT registration, and other corporate services. Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, Free Zone offers, government fees, and market trends. Relevant experience in UAE business setup, PRO services, or corporate services is highly beneficial. Knowledge of UAE commercial laws, free zones, and governmental procedures is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client cases, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
