Branch Accountant

We are seeking a Branch Accountant to manage the branch’s daily accounting, including cash and deposits, customer accounts, VAT invoicing, and receivables follow-up. Key Responsibilities Receive and deposit cash from parts sales, and maintain accurate cash records Handle petty cash and process reimbursements Apply customer payments in the system Create and maintain customer accounts in Oracle Process VAT invoices for parts, service, and equipment sales Follow up on overdue payments and collect outstanding balances Prepare and share outstanding receivables reports with the sales team Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing knowledge Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Good command of English (written and spoken) is required Show more Show less
