Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with prospects and customers to understand their business needs, demonstrate solution capabilities, and design integrated digital transformation proposals. Daily activities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to RFPs and technical inquiries, and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support. The role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and implementation teams to ensure accurate requirements gathering, solution design, and smooth deployment. The Technical Sales Engineer will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of veeplex offerings and relevant technologies to advise clients effectively and support long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design solutions, deliver demos, and assist with implementation and troubleshooting. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Experience in system integration, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutions is highly beneficial. Ability to analyze customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document specifications effectively. Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
