Orphan Program Officer

Job Vacancy: Orphan Program Department Head / Officer (OPO) Our organization is seeking a distinguished and passionate Orphan Program Department Head / Officer to join our team at our office located in Amman - Al-Jubaiha. Required Education & Experience Field of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field. Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Data & Information Management: Entry and maintenance of orphan and sponsor data into databases, operating computerized programs, and generating accurate reports. International Correspondence & Communication: Drafting and managing official and business emails/correspondence with international and partner organizations, and conducting both in-person and online meetings with foreign entities. Social Communication: Building strong, positive relationships with sponsors, orphans' families, and supporting entities through various communication channels. Qualifications & Requirements Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language (spoken and written); being a Native Speaker is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Full proficiency in data entry and comprehensive experience handling computerized programs and data systems.
