Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition, investment, and development opportunities. Oversee the full development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, site selection, planning, design, construction, and project delivery. Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess development potential, market demand, and investment returns. Lead the preparation of development proposals, financial models, project budgets, and investment recommendations. Manage relationships with property owners, investors, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery. Evaluate land acquisition opportunities and negotiate commercial terms with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with planning, construction, legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor market trends, property values, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Ensure development projects comply with applicable planning regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and approval processes. Assess project risks and implement strategies to address financial, operational, regulatory, and construction-related challenges. Establish performance indicators to evaluate project profitability, operational efficiency, and development outcomes. Present project progress, financial performance, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Lead and mentor development teams while fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in real estate development, property investment, project management, or a related industry. Proven track record of managing property development projects from feasibility assessment to completion. Strong understanding of property markets, land acquisition, development planning, and construction processes. Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, budgeting, and project feasibility studies. Excellent negotiation, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant planning regulations, building requirements, and property development approval procedures. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and business partners.
