HR Executive

Dune's team in the UAE is growing as more Gulf clients prepare to sell in the United States, and every new hire needs a contract, a visa, insurance and a payroll record. We are hiring an HR Executive in Dubai to run that work for our UAE staff. Our leadership sits in Las Vegas, about half a day behind Dubai, so you will handle the day to day here and report to them in writing. The job is full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE. Dune Strategy is a management consultancy based in Las Vegas. A good share of our clients are Gulf companies getting ready for their first sales in the U.S., which is why part of the team sits in the UAE. Your part in it: Prepare offer letters and employment contracts under UAE labour law Coordinate residence visas, Emirates ID and medical insurance with the PRO and the insurer. Run monthly payroll inputs through WPS with our accounting firm Keep employee files, leave records and contract dates current Organise onboarding for new staff, from equipment to first-week calls. Answer staff questions on leave, insurance and policies Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field • At least a year in HR administration or HR operations in the UAE. • Experience with an HR system, e.g. Zoho People, Bayzat or SAP SuccessFactors even better: • Knowledge of the WPS payroll process • CIPD Level 3 or a similar HR qualification • Recruitment for sales or professional services roles Our offer: The job comes with full-time, permanent contract, working from home in the UAE; medical insurance from your first day; 30 calendar days of annual leave plus the UAE public holidays; end-of-service gratuity under UAE labour law; fees paid for one professional course or exam each year; and a laptop and a one-time allowance to set up your home desk.
