Senior Data Availability Specialist

Key Responsibilities Contributes to acting as a liaison between the Data Management Office and the internal organizational units, as well as various entities within the Energy Ecosystem, to coordinate and follow up on joint tasks and activities. Contributes to acting as a liaison between the organization's Data Management Office and the National Data Management Office to coordinate and follow up on joint tasks and activities. Develops a coordination mechanism with Business Data Specialists and Business Data Representatives in the organizational units and the Energy Ecosystem regarding the provision of inputs for data availability programs and data management programs to support governance activities. Develops a coordination mechanism with Business Data Specialists and Business Data Representatives in the organizational units and the Energy Ecosystem regarding the provision of the information required to meet compliance requirements and support compliance activities. Provides the necessary support to follow up on the implementation of recommendations and observations issued by the Data Management Office with the organizational units and various entities within the Energy Ecosystem. Contributes to activities aimed at supporting and following up on the requests and requirements of the Data Management Office with various internal organizational units and entities within the Energy Ecosystem. Contributes to activities aimed at supporting and following up on the requests and requirements of the organization's Data Management Office with the National Data Management Office. Adheres to work rules and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures applicable to the organizational unit. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors. Required Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. Education Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or any related field. Show more Show less
