About Zwaya Zwaya is a Kuwait-based interior design and construction firm with 500+ completed projects and a team of 25+ designers and engineers. The role You turn our design proposals into signed contracts. You work alongside our designers in proposal meetings and own the client relationship until signing. Responsibilities • Join proposal meetings alongside the designer, present pricing and payment terms, and handle client objections • Follow up after the meeting until the contract is signed • Qualify new leads before meetings (project status, timeline, decision-maker, budget) • Manage the sales pipeline on WhatsApp and CRM • Hit clear monthly sales targets Requirements • 2+ years selling high-value services or products (interior design, real estate, automotive, aesthetics, or similar) • Fluent Kuwaiti/Gulf Arabic, good English • Confident discussing price and defending value, not discounting • Organized, persistent follow-up without pressure • Interest in interior design is a plus We offer • Basic salary + commission on every signed contract • A creative workplace in Kuwait City (Gate Tower, Salhiya) Show more Show less
