PRODUCTION ADVANCED OPERATOR

Job Description Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency. Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and other related tools. Operate all steps and activities for the required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions, if applicable. Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect people and property and prevent market losses. Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products using simple to complex lab equipment against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to identify and address deviations.
