Sales Specialist - BIM Diplomas

KAITECH is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and help engineers take the next step in their BIM careers. What you’ll do: Handle and follow up with leads interested in KAITECH’s BIM Diplomas. Understand prospects’ career goals and recommend the most suitable diploma. Communicate with engineers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into enrollments. Build strong relationships with potential students and guide them throughout the enrollment process. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to improving the sales process. Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in education or training. An engineering background is a must (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields). Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear, responsive support. Excellent follow-up and lead-conversion skills. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution. Target-oriented, energetic, and highly organized. Good command of English and Arabic.
