Factory Manager (Sheet Metal Background)

We Are Hiring: Plant Manager EMAJ for Trading & Engineering A Leading Company in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Solutions Location: Belbays – Al-Sharqia 2 Days off (Friday & Saturday) Key Responsibilities: · Oversee daily plant operations, including production, warehouse, quality, and supporting functions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. · Monitor production plans, schedules, capacity, and performance KPIs to ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved. · Optimize raw material consumption, inventory utilization, and operational costs while minimizing waste. · Ensure finished products meet approved quality standards and maintain compliance with HSE requirements across plant operations. · Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and manufacturing efficiency. · Identify and manage operational risks, including material shortages and equipment failures, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline. · Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred. · 12–15 years of experience, including 7 years in managerial roles. · Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning. · Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
