Factory & Operations Manager

📍 *Location: Hoppec Factory, El-Sadat City, Monufia (Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road)* Please note: this is a full-time, on-site role at our factory in El-Sadat City. Candidates should live nearby or be willing to commute or relocate. *What you'll do* - Manage all factory operations: production, maintenance, quality, warehousing and logistics - Plan production schedules to meet sales orders and delivery deadlines - Improve efficiency, reduce waste and control production costs - Ensure quality standards and health & safety compliance across the site - Lead and develop production supervisors and factory staff - Manage inventory, raw material procurement and supplier coordination - Set and track KPIs (output, downtime, cost, quality) and report to management - Coordinate with the sales team on demand forecasting and order fulfillment Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Production or related) - [8+] years of manufacturing experience, with at least [6] years in a plant or operations management role - ⁠Proven achievements in previous experience - Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality systems (ISO is a plus) - Proven leadership of large teams on the shop floor - Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Fluent Arabic and good English To apply: please send CV to [redacted email] or apply directly on LinkedIn Show more Show less
