Heating Air Conditioning Technician VRF expert

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician VRF expert role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The technician will install, commission, and maintain VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC and related electrical components, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The role also involves inspecting and maintaining plumbing connections related to HVAC systems, verifying compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and documenting service activities and parts usage. The technician will collaborate with project teams, follow technical drawings and specifications, and provide clear updates to supervisors and clients on job status and recommendations. Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and VRF systems, including fault diagnosis, system testing, and repair. Candidates should possess plumbing skills relevant to HVAC installations, such as piping, condensate drainage, and leak detection. Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, including scheduled inspections, cleaning, component replacement, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess knowledge of EPA-related environmental and refrigerant handling standards, ensuring safe and compliant practices. Candidates should possess electricity skills, including basic wiring, electrical safety, and reading electrical schematics for HVAC systems. Relevant technical diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred. Proven experience working with VRF systems and major HVAC brands in commercial or residential projects is highly beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and specifications, with strong attention to detail and safety standards.
