Account Manager

WHAT THIS JOB IS Once a Gulf client signs with Dune, the work runs for months: partner visits in the U.S., draft distributor agreements, budget reviews and a steady list of questions from the client's team. Our Account Manager in Dubai is the person those clients call. You keep each engagement on schedule from the client's side, while the consultants in Las Vegas, about half a day behind Dubai, do the analysis. This is a full-time, remote position worked from home in the UAE. THE WORK ITSELF Hold weekly calls with client teams and send the agreed actions the same day Track each engagement's milestones, documents and invoices Collect the data and documents our consultants request from clients Hand over client questions to the consultants and answer them by the next UAE morning Prepare renewal and extension proposals with the engagement lead Keep account notes and contact history in HubSpot WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A bachelor's in business or a related field A year or more in account management, client service or B2B sales Experience with Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint Work for a consulting, legal or advisory firm (bonus) Clients in manufacturing, trading or food distribution (bonus) Project tracking in a tool like Asana or Monday.com (bonus) WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU • Full-time and permanent, home-based in the UAE • Medical cover from the first day • Annual leave of 30 calendar days, plus UAE public holidays • Gratuity at the end of service, under UAE law • Course or exam fees: one a year, paid by Dune • A company laptop and money to set up your desk at home Las Vegas consultancy, Gulf clients.
