Planning Manager

Purpose of the Position: Handle Store operations & perform materials receiving, storage and issuance at the Store. Main Responsibilities: 1. Record daily material receipt & issuance in Stock Register & accurately update material Inventory. 2. Recognize special material handling needs and instruct Store Attendant. 3. Ensure tools and Materials are issued against approved requisition. 4. Obtain relevant material-related certificates (Quality, MSDS, MTC). 5. Raise material request for PPE items, stationary & other requirements. 6. Prepare purchase requisition for materials & Hand over the material to the requester. 7. Maintain effective and efficient housekeeping & ensure waste disposed properly. 8. Practice security procedures to safeguard Store assets and materials from damage or loss. 9. Prepare ' Monthly Stock Report ' & ' Returned Material Report '. 10. Undertake any other tasks assigned. Professional Qualifications & Experience Required: High School Certification & College Diploma is preferred. 2 - 3 experience in handling Store function. Computing/Special Skills Required: Working knowledge of MS-Office Excel & MS-Office Outlook. Knowledge of Languages Required: English at competent level is essential.
