Procurement Officer – Automotive Garage

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to handle the purchasing of automotive spare parts, tools, equipment, and workshop supplies while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities Source and purchase automotive spare parts, tools, and workshop supplies. Coordinate with technicians to identify spare parts requirements. Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. Verify received items and maintain procurement records. Monitor stock requirements and ensure timely availability of parts. Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories. Familiarity with suppliers in Qatar is an advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
