Procurement Specialist

On behalf of one of our clients, we are hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure the timely availability of materials and services while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost-effective purchasing Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment to prevent shortages Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation accurately Maintain strong supplier relationships and handle procurement-related inquiries Follow up on deliveries, resolve supply issues, and ensure materials are available when needed Prepare procurement reports to support operational planning and decision-making Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing Previous experience in manufacturing or MEP construction is preferred Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good command of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with ERP systems is preferred; Odoo experience is a plus Work Details Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Work Location: Badr City, Egypt Work Model: On-site Show more Show less
