Senior ERP Business & Systems Analyst

OISSG Consultancy is seeking an experienced consultant to analyze business documentation and processes, define the requirements for a future ERP system, and contribute to the preparation of the ERP implementation RFP. Fluency in Arabic and English, a strong understanding of the Qatari government sector, and current residence in Qatar are mandatory. Key Responsibilities Review existing business documents, policies, procedures, process maps and available requirements to understand operational needs. Conduct stakeholder workshops to clarify business processes, identify gaps and validate future requirements. Translate business needs into clear, detailed and measurable functional, technical and non-functional ERP requirements. Define requirements for ERP modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, reporting, integrations, data migration and security controls. Document current and future processes, prioritize requirements, and establish acceptance criteria and requirements traceability. Contribute to the ERP implementation RFP by preparing the technical scope, requirements specifications, compliance matrices and structured vendor response templates. Ensure requirements are consistent, testable and vendor-neutral, and accurately reflect the organization’s business needs. Support technical clarifications and proposal reviews against the approved requirements, as required. Prepare professional documentation and lead stakeholder discussions in Arabic and English. Essential Requirements Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in ERP business analysis, systems analysis, functional consulting or enterprise applications requirements definition. Proven experience analyzing business documentation and translating it into ERP functional and technical specifications. Previous involvement in preparing ERP requirements documents and contributing to implementation RFPs or tender documentation. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, system integration, data requirements and ERP implementation considerations. Demonstrated understanding of the Qatari government sector, its operational environment, governance and stakeholder requirements. Previous assignments with Qatari government entities are strongly preferred. Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce professional deliverables in both languages. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Currently based in Qatar. Show more Show less
