Health Safety Environment Officer

Involves protecting people by making sure that risks in the workplace are properly controlled. You will ensure employers comply with all aspects of health and safety laws and that workplaces are not the cause of ill health, injury or death. Responsibilities - Develop and apply HSSE policies and procedures. - Build a strong safety culture across the facility. - Turn department goals into practical safety plans. - Inspect work areas, equipment, and processes regularly. - Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions. - Identify hazards and carry out risk assessments. - Make sure employees have and use the right protective - Deliver safety training to employees and new joiners. - Prepare inspection and incident reports. - Keep up to date with Saudi health and safety regulations. - Work with managers to keep operations safe without disrupting work. Skills - Strong communication skills - Leadership and mentoring - Teamwork - Data analysis and report writing Requirements - Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field. - NEBOSH, OSHA, or a similar HSE certification is preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety.
