IT Enterprise Architecture Manager Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia Industry: Industrial / Supply Chain / Technology We are partnering with a rapidly expanding organisation in Saudi Arabia to recruit an experienced IT Enterprise Architecture Manager. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping enterprise-wide technology strategy, establishing architectural governance and ensuring technology initiatives align with wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise architecture strategy, governance and technology roadmaps. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards and solution blueprints. Oversee architecture reviews, design approvals and compliance with established standards. Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives. Provide architectural oversight across enterprise applications, infrastructure and technology initiatives. Lead, mentor and develop members of the Enterprise Architecture team. Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors and consultants. Requirements: Minimum 9 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related field. At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks and governance processes. Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, systems integration and architectural design. Experience working with complex, large-scale IT environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent architecture certifications are advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline. Show more Show less
