📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager | Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, client relationship management, partner acquisition, and sales. Experience in the financial services or stock trading industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Partner Portfolio Management: Manage and develop relationships with existing partners. Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Networking & Events: Attend industry events and business activities to expand the partner network. Partner Support: Handle partner inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to improve business performance and strengthen partnerships. Performance Reporting: Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Business Travel: Travel frequently to targeted markets to develop and maintain partner relationships. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related role. Experience in stock trading, financial services, or the brokerage industry will be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Target-driven, proactive, innovative, and well-organized. Good computer literacy and reporting skills.
