Facilities Engineer

Job Title: Facilities Engineer Department: Administration / Facilities Management Reports To: Administration Manager / Facilities Manager Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt 1. Job Purpose To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of company facilities, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure while maintaining a safe, functional, and cost-effective working environment. 2. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Maintenance Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings and facilities. Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems. Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance requirements. Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Contractors & Service Providers Coordinate with external contractors and maintenance service providers. Monitor contractors' performance and ensure compliance with agreed service standards. Follow up on maintenance contracts and service agreements. 3. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems. Experience in dealing with contractors and maintenance suppliers. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
