Sales Marketing Executive

An Upcoming Company is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing targeted marketing initiatives across the Kingdom. Core Scope of Work & Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking across various regions of Bahrain. • Client Meetings: Set up a meeting with potential Clints for the Senior person conduct regular outdoor sales visits to meet prospective and existing clientele to understand their needs and present our products/services. • Deal Closure: Follow up quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly KPIs and targets. • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business. Marketing & Market Intelligence • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing localized outdoor and digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility. • Competitor Mapping: Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and pricing structures within Bahrain. • Promotional Events: Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote company offerings. Reporting & Administration • Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain precise logs of daily sales activities, leads generated, and pipeline updates using CRM software. • Payment Collection: Coordinate with clients for the timely collection of outstanding payments and invoices. Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Education • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the Bahrain market. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Logistics & Geography • Must possess a valid Bahrain Driving License. • Thorough familiarity with Bahrain geography and major commercial areas to efficiently manage outdoor sales routes. Language Skills • Full proficiency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory to communicate effectively with our diverse client base. • Professional knowledge of the Arabic language is a distinct advantage.
