Chief Operations Officer – MEP (COO)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in the MEP industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive leadership position. Must have proven experience working with large, well-established MEP contracting companies. Must have extensive experience in the GCC construction market, particularly within Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP operations and multiple projects. Strong background in strategic planning, business operations, and organizational development. Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage substantial workforces. Strong experience in contract management, procurement, and resource allocation.
