Role Description The Owner role at EHAF Consulting Engineers is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The individual in this role provides strategic leadership, sets long-term business goals, and ensures that the firm’s multidisciplinary services align with market needs and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing major projects and portfolios, guiding department leaders, and making key decisions on resource allocation, business development, and client relationships. The Owner also establishes and monitors organizational policies, maintains a culture of integrity and inclusion, and ensures compliance with regional regulations and professional standards. This role involves representing the firm in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry forums, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. Qualifications Proven leadership and executive management experience in engineering, architecture, or construction-related consulting firms. Strong strategic planning, business development, and financial management capabilities. Demonstrated experience overseeing large, multidisciplinary project portfolios and complex client engagements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures. Background in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., MBA or master’s in engineering/architecture) is an asset. Familiarity with regional markets in the Middle East and Gulf Region and experience working in or with multinational teams.
