Job Title: Site Merchandising Asst. Manager Department: Commercial Location: Kuwait About the Role The Site Merchandising Asst. Manager supports the Lead Site Merchandising in delivering the on-site product experience strategy, managing the team's day-to-day operations, and driving conversion performance across the full site. This role takes ownership of complex site merchandising workstreams, deputises for the Manager, and prepares for full functional management accountability. What You Will Own On-Site Strategy Execution Lead on-site curation and placement execution across the full category portfolio Own seasonal campaign and promotional on-site build end-to-end; manage timelines and quality Ensure the on-site product experience consistently reflects Floward's commercial and brand priorities Develop and maintain the site merchandising playbook, standards, processes, and sequencing logic Support the Manager in defining seasonal on-site strategy and campaign planning Conversion & Performance Management Own conversion monitoring across the site; lead weekly performance reviews with structured commentary Drive A/B testing programme and translate results into actionable sequencing and content improvements Identify navigation, discovery, and placement gaps; develop and implement corrective action plans Present on-site performance analysis and recommendations to the Site Merchandising Manager Provide commercial on-site insight to Buying and Merchandising teams at trading reviews Team Operations & Development Manage and develop the site merchandising team day-to-day including Specialists, Sr. Officers, and Officers Set team priorities, review content output, and maintain the site merchandising launch calendar Coach team on brand standards, commercial sequencing, and on-site storytelling quality Deputise for the Site Merchandising Manager during absence and represent the function cross-functionally Cross-functional Coordination Lead site merchandising's contribution to cross-functional launch planning and trading sessions Coordinate with CRCO on pre-publish content readiness and go-live approvals Brief D&I on on-site visual asset requirements for campaigns and seasonal collections Align with Buying on product prioritisation, new introductions, and on-site commercial focus areas Key Performance Indicators ◆ Site Conversion Rate ◆ Timely Merchandised Assortments ◆ Team Content Quality Score ◆ Campaign On-Time Delivery ◆ On-Site Discovery Metrics Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital, or related field Experience 6–8 years in site or digital merchandising with team management and full-site ownership experience Proven experience implementing and scaling Algolia search in a production e-commerce environment Skills Full-site CMS management; conversion analytics; team development; campaign execution; trading insight About Floward : Floward Life Page Floward Corporate Founded in 2017, Floward is an online flowers and gifting company; we pride ourselves in creating a seamless experience for our customers and making sending flowers and gifts as enjoyable as receiving them.
