We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the paints manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents. Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries. Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and finance departments. Maintain customer records and update sales reports. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the paints, coatings, or manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
