Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales for our health and wellness services in the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and sales conversion, with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic and paid digital marketing strategies across social media, search engines, and other relevant digital channels. Plan and manage social media content calendars, including posts, captions, and campaign content. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic. Generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition, bookings, and sales growth. Monitor and analyze marketing performance across organic and paid channels, using relevant KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate with the customer care team to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates. Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, lead generation, and sales results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to measurable sales growth is A MUST. Strong understanding of conversion optimization, sales funnels, and digital marketing analytics is A MUST. Experience with CRM systems, tracking tools, and marketing analytics platforms is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets in a remote environment. Experience in healthcare, wellness, genetics, diagnostics, or other service-based industries. Experience marketing to customers in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region. Experience with WhatsApp marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, and conversion tracking. A portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results. Show more Show less
