About the Role We are looking for a German Speaking Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support a variety of accounting activities across our German operations, helping ensure accurate financial records, smooth day-to-day accounting processes, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. What You'll Do Perform daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes as needed. Prepare and review accounting entries and reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding items. Communicate with German-speaking stakeholders regarding financial and accounting matters. Support reporting, audit requests, and documentation requirements. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting principles, and financial controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or a related area. Fluency in German (minimum B2 level required). Solid understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment. Show more Show less
