E-commerce Warehouse and Fulfillment Coordinator

𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | E-commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator On behalf of a leading client in the fashion retail industry, we are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to manage daily online warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate shipments with courier companies. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 • Prepare and process online orders from confirmation through picking, checking, packing, and dispatch. • Ensure all orders are accurately prepared before shipment. • Coordinate with courier companies regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, returns, and shipment issues. • Receive new products and verify quantities and product details. • Organize and store inventory properly within the online warehouse. • Manage inventory transfers between the main warehouse, online warehouse, branches, and other locations. • Prepare, pack, document, and hand over transferred items accurately. • Maintain warehouse organization and support regular stock checks. • Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, missing items, and operational issues. • Support order returns and exchanges when required. • Occasionally handle customer payments and process orders through the POS system. • Coordinate with E-commerce, Inventory, Retail, and Operations teams. 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 • Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or a similar role is preferred. • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently. • Basic understanding of inventory management and stock handling. • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer systems. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible, accurate, and committed to proper warehouse procedures.
