Presales Consultant Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant – Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure to lead the design, sizing, and positioning of hybrid cloud, infrastructure modernization, and data center transformation solutions. The role is responsible for translating customer requirements into technically sound and commercially viable architectures across public cloud, private cloud, virtualization, and on-premises infrastructure environments. Key Accountabilities: Design hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, private cloud, and on-premises platforms. Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure and cloud architectures. Define workload placement strategies across public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments. Design and modernize data center platforms including compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Lead infrastructure refresh, consolidation, migration, and modernization initiatives. Develop landing zones, hybrid connectivity, identity integration, and cloud governance models. Support cloud migration strategies including rehost, replatform, and refactor approaches. Design business continuity, high availability, disaster recovery, and resilience solutions. Build sizing models, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and pricing proposals. Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), architecture documents, and solution presentations. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and technical validations. Collaborate with cloud providers, OEMs, distributors, and partners on solution validation and commercial alignment. Present technical and business solutions to both technical teams and executive stakeholders. Ensure successful handover of solution documentation and design packages to delivery teams. Stay current with emerging cloud, virtualization, automation, and infrastructure technologies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Professional cloud and infrastructure certifications. Strong background in cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise solution design. Minimum Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud computing, infrastructure, system engineering, or technology consulting. Hands-on experience customer-facing presales, solution architecture, or consulting role. Proven experience delivering hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions from proposal through implementation. Hands-on experience with at least one major hyperscaler and enterprise virtualization platform. Experience in enterprise data center transformation, cloud migration, or infrastructure modernization projects.
