Utilities Senior Supervisor - Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities: Supervise utilities operation and maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, GMP requirements, and applicable ISO standards. Develop, monitor, and optimize the utilities department’s operational maintenance budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising system reliability. Monitor and analyze energy consumption (electricity, gas, and water), and implement energy conservation and carbon-footprint reduction initiatives. Provide technical leadership for engineering modifications, equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects, and commissioning activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. 6–9 years of core engineering experience in utilities operation and maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC networks, water chemistry, thermodynamics, electrical switchgears, and automated Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA). Hands-on experience with CMMS software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.
