Lease Contracts Management Manager- Leasing Experience

Contract Management Prepare, review, and manage all lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation. Ensure lease contracts comply with company policies, legal standards, and approved commercial terms. Review leasing clauses, obligations, and contractual risks. Maintain proper documentation and records for all leasing contracts. Leasing Coordination Coordinate with leasing teams regarding negotiated terms and contract finalization. Support lease negotiations from a contractual and compliance perspective. Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and related approvals. Monitor lease expiration dates and coordinate renewals. Legal & Compliance Liaise with internal and external legal advisors on contract matters. Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and legal requirements. Identify contractual risks and recommend corrective actions. Handle disputes or contractual clarifications when required. Reporting & Administration Prepare reports related to leasing contracts, renewals, expiries, and status updates. Maintain contract databases and tracking systems. Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of all legal documents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law ,business administration, Economics or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role. Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) is preferred Certified Leasing Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification is an advantage Extensive experience in commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects. Strong understanding of leasing contracts, legal documentation, and compliance requirements. Good command of English language (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM Systems. Show more Show less
