Account Manager (Dubai)

You are the person a customer knows by name. You help each new organization get set up, find the parts of SalexHub that save it the most work, and help its owner decide how much the Agent may do on its own. About the role Most of what a business needs from SalexHub it gets in the first weeks: its customers and products in, its team invited with the right roles, its first quote sent and its first invoice issued. You make sure that happens, and that it keeps happening as the business grows. What customers tell you goes back to the people who build the product. You bring customers' own words to the people who decide what we build. What you would do Set up new customers with them: their data brought in, their team invited, their roles and approval rules chosen. Show each customer how their own work runs in SalexHub: a quote to a paid invoice, a purchase order to a counted delivery, a leave request to a decision. Walk owners through what the Agent may do on its own and what always waits for a person, and agree the setting that suits them. Stay in touch with your accounts: answer questions, spot what is not working yet, and point to the docs or to support when that is faster. Help a customer change plan or seats when their team changes, say plainly what each plan includes, and pass a new purchase to the Sales Manager. Write down what customers ask for, in their own words, and bring it to the people who build the product. What we look for Experience looking after business customers, in software or in another business that sells to businesses. Clear, friendly writing and speaking in English. Arabic is a plus. You learn a product well enough to teach it: you read the docs, try the thing and find what is missing. You say plainly what the product does today and what it does not, and you promise nothing that is not built.
