Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position supports the marketing and sales team in promoting modular and prefabricated building solutions across regional and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, preparing marketing and sales materials, coordinating customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leads. The role also involves supporting social media and digital outreach, contributing to basic sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The Marketing Assistant is expected to help organize events, exhibitions, and client meetings, and to provide administrative support to the marketing function as needed. ARK Prefab is looking for an experienced, confident, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our International Sales Office in Doha. We are seeking someone who understands B2B marketing, international client communication, relationship management, and digital marketing. This position is not limited to social media management. The successful candidate will actively support our global marketing initiatives, communicate with international clients, maintain professional business relationships, and identify new opportunities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, client follow-up, and promotional initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic digital marketing tools or CRM systems is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to fast-paced project requirements. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in construction, modular buildings, or industrial sectors is an advantage but not mandatory. International Client Relations & Communication Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing local and international clients. Conduct professional outbound calls to international prospects and existing clients. Follow up on enquiries, submitted quotations, client feedback, and potential business opportunities. Communicate confidently with procurement teams, project managers, and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and project updates. Marketing & Business Development Support Conduct market research and identify potential clients across international markets. Support B2B lead generation, prospect qualification, and client outreach campaigns. Assist with supplier registrations, vendor prequalification, and marketing coordination. Research upcoming construction projects and potential business opportunities. Prepare professional marketing emails, presentations, and company introductions. Digital Marketing & Social Media Create, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Develop engaging B2B marketing content, promotional materials, and campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead-generation results. Support the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in marketing, client relations, business development support, or a related field. Excellent spoken and written English. Confident and comfortable making international business calls. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of B2B marketing, market research, and lead generation. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital marketing tools. Able to manage multiple client follow-ups and maintain accurate records. Professional, organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Previous experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an advantage. Must be currently based in Qatar and eligible for sponsorship transfer.
