Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives. Create and present detailed design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to clients and stakeholders. Oversee the preparation of detailed working drawings and specifications to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Coordinate with project architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with overall project plans. Conduct site visits to review the implementation of interior designs, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring quality standards are met. Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design development, technical detailing, and client presentations. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of interior design phases. Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices to incorporate them into projects effectively. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for future collaborations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture. A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing high-end residential or commercial interior design projects. Strong leadership, creativity, and technical skills.
