Business Development Supervisor

Business Development Supervisor Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor to support our commercial operations through sales analysis, performance reporting, dashboards, market intelligence, and competitor analysis. The role will work closely with commercial teams to monitor business performance and provide accurate insights that support management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance reports. Develop and maintain dashboards covering sales volume, market share, stock, pipeline, and target achievement. Analyze actual performance against budgets and targets. Monitor competitor pricing, models, campaigns, and market activities. Support business plans, forecasts, and business cases with accurate data. Maintain accurate CRM and business development records. Coordinate data collection with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and branch teams. Improve and automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Analysis, Reporting, or Market Research, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong experience with sales data, dashboards, and management reporting. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools. Good understanding of the Saudi automotive market is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
