HR Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various human resources functions, ensuring that our client's workforce is supported and engaged. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management and employees to address HR-related issues, promote employee development, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities Post vacancies, screen CVs, conduct first interviews and coordinate hiring decisions. Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding plans. Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS data. Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, overtime). Handle social insurance and medical insurance registrations and updates. Answer employee questions on policies, leave and benefits. Support performance appraisal cycles and training needs analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in HR or related field Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
