UI/UX Designer – Mobile Applications About the Role We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end design experience of Argaam On, our mobile application. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly mobile experiences, from initial user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for iOS and Android applications, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes. Simplify complex financial information into clear, intuitive mobile interfaces, including charts, tables, and financial statements. Create and optimize bilingual user experiences for Arabic and English, ensuring seamless right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) layouts. Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems using Figma. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. Use user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing insights to continuously improve the user experience. Prepare detailed design specifications and developer handoffs, and review implementations to ensure design consistency and quality. Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, mobile design trends, and emerging technologies. Requirements 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on mobile applications. Proven experience designing applications launched on both iOS and Android. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile design projects, from research and concept development to launched products. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout, prototyping, and managing large collaborative design files. Experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to design systems. Strong understanding of mobile usability principles and iOS/Android design guidelines. Experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, including RTL layouts. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Previous experience in Fintech, Investment Platforms, or Financial News Applications. Native or professional proficiency in Arabic. Experience with subscription-based applications, including onboarding flows, paywalls, and A/B testing. A portfolio showcasing relevant mobile application projects is required. Show more Show less
