Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent Representative role based in Cairo. The Insurance Agent Representative will support customers by explaining insurance products, answering inquiries, and guiding them through policy selection that meets their needs. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on coverage and pricing, processing applications, and assisting with policy changes or renewals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance offerings, documenting customer interactions in systems, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. The successful candidate will be expected to meet performance targets while delivering clear, respectful, and solution-focused service. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively explain products and close policies. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to advise customers on suitable coverage and financial implications. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and accessible way. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and policy processing. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or contact center roles is preferred.
